1. Prototype status
Shadow Post is in early prototype. The service may be unavailable, incomplete, or change at any time without notice. Do not rely on it for business-critical workflows.
2. Account and acceptable use
You must provide accurate information and keep your sign-in credentials confidential. You agree not to: (a) attempt to access other users’ data, (b) reverse engineer the service, (c) use it to generate content that is unlawful, infringing, harassing, or that violates a platform’s terms (e.g. Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok), or (d) submit content you do not have the right to use.
3. Your content
You retain ownership of brand profiles, source material, and generated drafts you create with Shadow Post. You grant us a limited license to process and display that content solely to operate the service for you. We do not use your content to train third-party AI models.
4. AI-generated drafts
Shadow Post produces drafts using third-party AI providers. Output is suggestions, not finished work. You are responsible for reviewing every draft before publishing — including for accuracy, originality, regulatory disclosures, and platform rules. We make no guarantee that any output is free of errors, biases, or unintentional similarity to other works.
5. No warranty, no SLA
The service is provided as is, without warranty of any kind. There is no uptime commitment, no support SLA, and no guarantee of data preservation during the prototype phase. We may delete prototype data when migrating to general availability.
6. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Shadow Post and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, or goodwill arising from your use of the service. Aggregate liability for any direct claim is capped at EUR 50.
7. Termination
You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access at any time, with or without notice, particularly during the prototype phase.
8. Changes
We may update these terms as the product evolves. Material changes will be reflected by a new “Last updated” date above. Continued use after a change constitutes acceptance.
